Just above the Sacramento Valley floor at approximately 2000' elevation, our small community of 28,000 is the perfect place to retire. In addition to our Auditorium & Theatre on the Ridge, we are just 10 minutes from metropolitan Chico, which also offers many cultural and educational events.
